Nagini the Horcrux

I have many theories piled high in my head but the one on top is of Nagini, Voldemort's ruddy snake. Dumbledore was talking about the remaining horcruxes and he mentioned that Nagini was probably one of them. I really do think that Nagini is one of the horcruxes because if you look back to OotP, there are some subtle/anvil-sized hints. When Mr. Weasley is attacked, Harry sees the whole thing throught Nagini's point of view. Later, Harry sees Rookwood being spoken to by Voldemort through Voldemort's point of view. If it is true that a part of Voldemort's soul rest in his body currently (100% true) then Harry should be able to see through any part of Voldemort's soul which would include the snake.
